A qualification only matters if it leads to work. We exist to get people genuinely skilled and into real jobs — employability is the measure, not enrolment.
Earn while you learn
People shouldn’t have to choose between studying and earning. Work-integrated learning lets them do both — building skills, income and a record at the same time.
Credibility without overclaiming
We’re honest about what we are and aren’t. We say what we can deliver, frame our scheme alignment accurately, and never dress up the work to sound bigger than it is.

Univoc is the operating arm of Univoc Foundation — a Section 8 not-for-profit. That structure isn’t a footnote: it’s why we measure ourselves by the careers we build, not just the roles we fill. The Foundation carries the mission; Univoc is the company that delivers it commercially, every day.
- Mission at the core. Employment, skilling and social mobility aren’t a side programme — they’re the reason Univoc exists.
- A real company doing real work. Univoc operates commercially: we staff industry and run programs that pay their way. The impact is built into how we do business, not bolted on as charity.

- AI-powered candidate matching. Our platform reads résumés and skills against real role requirements, so the right people surface for the right work faster — and a human still makes the call.
- Smarter screening and shortlisting. AI helps screen and rank candidates on fit, cutting the time from open role to ready shortlist while keeping quality consistent.
- An in-house tech team. We build and own our own tools and models rather than renting someone else’s — so the platform fits how skilling and placement actually work.
- Automated, measurable workflows. Sourcing, matching, placement and outcome tracking run as digital workflows end-to-end, giving partners real visibility into participation and results — not a spreadsheet after the fact.
