Careers built — not just roles filled.
We measure ourselves by what happens to people: the skills they gain, the work they walk into, and the careers they build from there. Employability and social mobility aren’t a by-product of what we do — they’re the point.
The numbers we’re working to grow.
A snapshot of the reach we’re building.
Impact isn’t a report — it’s how we operate.
These hold true regardless of the count: the model itself is what creates the outcome.
Study → skill → earn → placed
Our whole model is built to move a person from the classroom into real, paid work — every step designed around that outcome.
Earn while you learn
People build income and experience at the same time, so skilling doesn’t mean putting life on hold — it lowers the barrier to a real career.
We build talent, not just place it
Education-integrated skilling means we create job-ready people rather than only matching existing ones — impact at the source, not just the surface.
Government-aligned pathways
Programs designed aligned with national skilling schemes (NAPS, NATS, PMKVY, Skill India) — we’re an independent partner, not an empanelled or accredited body — so training maps to recognised pathways.
Measured honestly
We track outcomes that actually matter — skilled, placed, retained — and report them straight, without dressing up the numbers.
Beyond the first job
Real impact is a career, not a placement. We care where people are years later, not just on day one.
What the change looks like.
The same outcome, felt three different ways.
For a student
Earning a stipend and building real skills while still studying — graduating with a job in hand, not just a degree.
For an employer
A workforce that’s ready on day one and stays — because the people were trained for the work, not just sent to it.
For a community
More people in stable, skilled work means mobility that compounds — for families, not just individuals.

Univoc is the operating arm of Univoc Foundation, a Section 8 not-for-profit. That structure is why social mobility sits at the centre of the work, not at the edge — when we do well, it’s because more people moved up. Univoc itself is the commercial operator that delivers it; the mission is built into how we run, not bolted on.
- Mission at the core. Employment, skilling and mobility are why Univoc exists — the Foundation makes that the standard we’re held to.
- Impact through real work. We create mobility by putting people into genuine, paid roles — not through hand-outs, but through employability.
- Accountable to outcomes. Because the Foundation sits behind us, we’re judged on careers built — a bar pure staffing firms don’t set for themselves.

A focused player, aiming high — honestly.
We’re early, and we’d rather earn trust with the truth than inflate it. Our ambition is large; our claims stay accurate. Here’s the direction we’re building in.
- Deeper reach, same standard. Grow the number of people skilled and placed without diluting the quality of the work or the honesty of the reporting.
- More partners, real outcomes. Expand the university and employer network so the pipeline from learning to work keeps widening.
- Tech-enabled scale. Use our in-house technology and AI-driven matching to help more people, faster, while keeping outcomes measurable.
Help us build careers that last.
Hire, partner or learn with us — every one of those is how the impact grows.
