Turn your degrees into careers.
Univoc designs and runs work-integrated education with you — apprenticeship-embedded learning, aligned with the NEP 2020 framework, that puts your students into real work while they study. You keep the academics; we handle the employers, placements and tracking.
Employability is the new measure of a degree.
Students, parents and accreditors all ask the same question now — does this lead to a job?
The employability gap
Graduates leave with knowledge but not always the job-ready skills and track record employers screen for.
Pressure to align with NEP 2020
Embedding work-integrated and apprenticeship-based learning is now an expectation — but standing it up is hard.
A weak industry pipeline
Without deep, active employer relationships, placements stay ad-hoc and hard to scale year on year.
The operational load
Running apprenticeships — sourcing roles, logistics, compliance, tracking — pulls faculty away from teaching.
Proving outcomes
Accreditors, rankings and parents want demonstrable placement and employability outcomes, not intentions.
Moving fast enough
Curriculum reform is slow; the expectation to show work-integrated learning is immediate.
A work-integrated partner, end to end.
We design the program, bring the employers, and run the parts that would otherwise land on your team.
End-to-end WIE design
We design the work-integrated program with you and build it to fit your curriculum and calendar — not a template dropped on top.

The same model that builds talent for industry makes us a serious partner for institutions.
Education-integrated by design
We don’t bolt placements onto the end of a degree — we build work into it. Education is the core of how Univoc operates, not an afterthought.
Government-aligned skilling
Our programs are designed aligned with national skilling schemes (NAPS, NATS, PMKVY, Skill India) and the NEP 2020 framework. We are an independent partner, not an empanelled or accredited body — the alignment keeps the learning relevant.
Foundation-backed mission
Univoc is the operating arm of Univoc Foundation, a Section 8 not-for-profit. We’re measured by the careers we build — an incentive aligned with your students’ outcomes, not just enrolment.

University FAQ
Work-integrated education weaves real work into a degree, rather than leaving it to the end. Students study and work at the same time — building practical skills, a track record, and often a stipend — so they graduate genuinely employable. We design and run these programs with you.
Our programs are designed aligned with the NEP 2020 apprenticeship-embedded degree framework and national skilling programs, and built to map cleanly onto your credit and curriculum structure. Univoc is an independent partner — not a UGC, AICTE or government body, and not an accreditor — so the final academic and credit decisions remain entirely yours.
No — the goal is to integrate, not replace. We design the work-integrated component to fit alongside your existing syllabus and academic calendar, and adapt to how your programs already run rather than forcing a rebuild.
We bring an employer network across six sectors — manufacturing, logistics, retail, automotive, BFSI back-office and IT/ITeS. The specific employers and roles depend on your students’ disciplines and location, which we scope together. We will not name partners we are not yet able to cite.
We handle sourcing the apprenticeships and placements, the operational logistics, and tracking outcomes through the program — so you get visibility into participation and results without running the machinery yourself.
We take on the heavy operational load — employer sourcing, placement logistics, compliance and outcome tracking — so your faculty can stay focused on teaching. You stay in control of the academic side; we run the work-integration around it.
Work-integrated learning is designed to improve how ready your graduates are for real roles, which supports placement conversations. We do not publish placement figures we cannot yet verify — we will agree the outcomes we track with you up front and report against them honestly.
